Terms of Service

The Service is designed to introduce compatible companions based on shared hobbies and lifestyle. Our staff reviews member profiles and makes introductions with a focus on matching values and lifestyle.

To use this Service, you must meet all of the following conditions:

1. 1.Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
2. 2.Reside in Japan or be able to communicate in Japanese
3. 3.Agree to these Terms
4. 4.Not have had a prior membership cancelled or terminated by us

1. 1.Registration is completed by filling in the required fields on the sign-up form and confirming your email address.
2. 2.Use of the Service requires payment of a one-time registration fee of ¥5,500 (tax included).
3. 3.Payment is due in full at the time of registration. The Service begins upon confirmation of payment.
4. 4.Please ensure that the information you provide at registration is accurate and up to date.

1. 1.Within 72 hours of confirmed payment, we will introduce you to multiple partner candidates based on current matching availability.
2. 2.The number of candidates introduced may vary depending on matching availability. We do not guarantee a specific number.
3. 3.Introductions will be communicated via email or other means.

Members must not engage in any of the following:

• Submitting false or misleading information at registration
• Impersonating another person or misusing another person's personal information
• Using information obtained through the Service (such as another person's profile or contact details) for any purpose other than building a relationship
• Harassment, threats, or unwanted contact directed at other parties
• Using the Service for commercial purposes, including solicitation or advertising
• Any other conduct that violates applicable law or public order

If we determine that a member has engaged in prohibited conduct, we may suspend or cancel their membership without notice. In such cases, the registration fee will not be refunded.

1. 1.Members may withdraw from the Service at any time by contacting us at support@albatal.ltd.
2. 2.Upon withdrawal, member data will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data retention policy.

1. 1.A refund may be issued if no introduction has been made within 72 hours of your confirmed payment, upon submission of a written request by email.
2. 2.If at least one introduction has been made, a refund will generally not be available.
3. 3.To request a refund, please contact us at support@albatal.ltd.
4. 4.Refund processing may take a number of business days.

1. 1.We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of introductions or subsequent relationships.
2. 2.To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
3. 3.We will endeavour to notify you in advance of any service interruptions, modifications, or discontinuation, but reserve the right to make changes without notice in urgent circumstances.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
